2. Position Summary
We are recruiting interns into a general talent pool. You apply once. Our People & Culture team reviews your CV, academic background, portfolio and interview performance, and then places you into the department where you will learn the most and contribute the fastest.
Your final department will be confirmed in writing in your Internship Placement Letter before your start date.
3. Core Responsibilities (Applies to All Streams)
1. Complete assigned daily and weekly tasks accurately and within deadline, under the direction of your supervisor.
2. Collect, enter, clean and organise data, records or files relevant to your department.
3. Prepare basic reports, presentation slides, spreadsheets or summaries as requested.
4. Support meetings, prepare materials, take minutes, and follow through on action items.
5. Conduct research on markets, competitors, suppliers, candidates or tools as directed.
6. Assist with events, activations, audits, stock counts, campaigns or projects as required.
7. Maintain strict confidentiality of all company, employee, customer and commercial information.
8. Complete a Final Internship Project, a defined piece of work presented to your department head at the end of the internship.
9. Comply with all company policies, the Employee Handbook, safety rules and code of conduct.
10. Perform other reasonable duties assigned by your supervisor from time to time.
4. Requirements
Must have:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Certificate, SKM/DKM/DLKM or equivalent at a recognised institution.
- Required to complete an internship or industrial training as part of your academic programme.
- Available for a minimum of 10 continuous weeks, full-time, on-site.
- Working proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken).
- Competent in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace — especially Excel or Sheets.
- Able to commute reliably to the assigned work location.
Nice to have (will influence your placement):
- Portfolio, design reel, project work, or campus society / committee experience.
- Working knowledge of tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Shopee/TikTok Seller Centre, Power BI, or accounting software.
