Do real work here!
You won't be photocopying. You'll be handling live numbers, live campaigns and live creators across every brand in the group.
Finance Intern
- Reports to Finance Manager / Accounts Executive · Group Finance
- A multi-entity group means real transaction volume: F&B outlets, e-commerce, distribution and manufacturing, all closing every month. You'll sit inside that cycle and see how sales at an outlet becomes a number in the group accounts.
The brands you'll work on
LOMAK SALAI | PAGI MALAM | NBDY PERFUME| NOSTALGYA | ENDS DISTRIBUTION | CENTRAL KITCHEN | EVRYDAY PERFUME
Food, fragrance, fashion and distribution under one group, with operations in Malaysia, Shenzhen and Dubai. Whichever seat you take, you'll see how a consumer business actually runs — not just your own corner of it.
What you'll be doing
A multi-entity group means real transaction volume — F&B outlets, e-commerce, distribution and manufacturing, all closing every month. You'll sit inside that cycle and see how a sale at an outlet becomes a number in the group accounts.
- Accounts payable and receivable support — match supplier invoices to purchase orders and delivery orders, prepare payment listings, chase missing documents.
- Daily sales and bank reconciliation — tie outlet and e-commerce sales to bank-in records and payment gateway settlements, flag variances the same day.
- Petty cash and claims — check expense claims against policy, verify receipts, prepare reimbursement listings.
- Month-end closing support — help build prepayment, accrual and schedule listings under supervision.
- Documentation and e-invoicing admin — file, digitize and index vouchers and invoices so any transaction can be traced without asking three people.
- Excel work — build simple trackers, pivot summaries and reconciliation templates the team keeps using after you leave.
What you own
- Accuracy of every figure you key in. No silent guessing.
- Raising discrepancies early instead of hiding them until closing week.
- The document trail — if it can't be found, it isn't done.
- Your deadlines in the closing calendar
What you show up with
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce; available for [3–6] months.
- Working Excel: SUMIF, VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP, pivot tables. We'll teach the rest.
- Genuine care about detail. In finance, "roughly right" is wrong.
- Discretion — you'll see numbers that don't leave the building.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Where this takes you
Strong interns are considered for Accounts Executive or Finance Executive on completion, with a route into group reporting, cost control or FP&A as the group adds entities. You leave with real closing experience, not just a certificate.

Monthly allowance

A real reference
- A written performance summary you can actually use, plus university reporting support.
A conversion path
